Urban Juice Design & Print Sainsbury's Recipe Flyers

GRIMSBY, U.K. - Dec. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Urban Juice, a leading creative design studio based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, recently had the honour of designing a series of fish and seafood recipe flyers for Sainsbury's to encourage people to try alternative, sustainable fish.

Sainsbury's recently launched it's 'Switch The Fish' campaign to educate the general public on fish sustainability. The majority of people eat fish and shellfish that are part of the 'Big Five' (cod, haddock, tuna, salmon and prawns), which is why the 'Switch The Fish' campaign is encouraging people to eat alternative fish, so that we can then sustain the 'Big Five'.

The full colour recipe flyers, which were designed and printed in house by Urban Juice, were handed out at Sainbury's stores.

Sainsbury's gave away seven tonnes of lesser know British fish, including lemon sole, mussels, cornish sardines, coley fillet and loch trout fillets.

Alongside giving away free fish to try, they also gave away 'Switch The Fish' booklets which included useful information and different recipes.

Since the campaign, rainbow trout sales have increased by 42% and sales of coley have risen by 11.4%.
