According to the Google Partner Programs website, “A Google Certified Partner, Trainer or Premier SMB Partner logo represents our endorsement of this partner’s expertise and experience.” Achieving Partner status takes advanced AdWords knowledge (Certifications), a track record of high-quality results (Best Practices), and a healthy amount of activity (Spend) across a company’s managed accounts.
