Silverlake Art* Craft & Vintage indie holiday markets in the heart of Silverlake

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Silverlake Art* Craft & Vintage in conjunction with Ghettogloss & Eenie Meenie Records are proud to have Goldenboy & Blue-eyed Son play live on December 14th, 2013 at the Best Indie Flea Market in L.A.
The show is free and starts at 12:00 Noon.

Goldenboy formed in 2002 by singer-composer-guitarist-keyboardist Shon Sullivan (Elliott Smith,
Eels, the Rentals, Spain) and drummer Bryan Bos(End to End).
Goldenboy is always on the road touring across the country.

They released their 4th album titled "The New Familiar" on November 20th, 2012.
The whole album was made in a little over a week.
There is the urgency setting and a sense of all-hangs-together-somehow to this set of songs
owing much to its conception as an album in the fine old vinyl record.
"When people ask me, What do you sound like?, I have to think of specific bands because there's not a style or genre for us.
A little bit of Belle & Sebastien, a bit of heavy guitar riffs that really go off, then with some atmospheric, dreamy '80s kind of stuff?
We're not really indie-sounding, but we're not too pop sounding, either. We've got our own genre: The New Familiar." - Shon Sullivan

The show is free, the entrance to the market is free and there is free parking on Golden Gate above Sunset behind the school. Blue-eyed Son will be playing on the playground of the Micheltorena Street Elementary School around 2:00 pm.
