AlphaOne, Ahmedabad hosted a day-long Community Welfare activity for the students of Strategic Help Alliance for Relief to Distressed Areas (SHARDA) Trust. SHARDA Trust is a public charitable trust promoted by Arvind Limited for the purpose of helping the urban poor by improving infrastructure facilities in distressed areas, providing healthcare facilities, providing educational facilities and helping people to upgrade their skills to get well paying jobs and become financially independent.

The Trust brought 330 under-privileged kids together at AlphaOne to familiarize them with the entertainment world and broaden their horizons. AlphaOne’s objective was to give them the experience and to familiarize them with the concepts of modern retail, lifestyle and entertainment at the biggest destination centre of Gujarat. The students saw the movie, KRISH 3 at Cinepolis and were later treated to some appetizing snacks at Flavours, besides experiencing the gaming and entertainment zone at FunCity, AlphaOne.
