Giving Back: Photographers Helping Tornado Victims in Washington, Illinois

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Dec. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Joy of Marketing is lending a hand to help their neighbors in Washington, Illinois who lost their homes, cars and jobs in the tornadoes two weeks ago.

A percentage of overall sales from photography marketing products sold at joyofmarketing.com/products from November 29 – December 2 will be donated to the City of Washington tornado relief fund set up to help the victims.

Sarah Petty, founder of Joy of Marketing and owner of Sarah Petty Photography was compelled to act. “As soon as I heard about the tornado in Washington, I wanted to help get this community back on their feet. Small business owners in central Illinois stick together. One of our Joy of Marketing staff has family who lost their home. We felt like we needed to our part to help so we’re donating 10% of our Black Friday Weekend sales to help Washington rebuild.”
