Author K.A. Pierce has over eighteen years of experience as a litigation attorney in Philadelphia. A graduate from Dickinson College with degrees in both sociology and psychology, K.A. has also served as an intern in the British Parliament. Licensed in three states and the Federal courts of Pennsylvania, the author has shifted focus from criminal defenses to civil trial work, which includes mass tort litigation, medical malpractice, and product liability cases.
