Immerse yourself in the rustic elegance of Tarpy's Roadhouse located at 2999 Monterey Salinas Hwy, Monterey. Tarpy's announces Wine Down Wednesdays will be featured every Wednesday, every month, 12 months a year!

"Wine Down Wednesdays" showcases local vintners, wineries and their wines and offers Tarpy's customers the chance to taste great wines and chat up a winery expert. Each week, the featured winery offers tastes of several of its wines and Tarpy's offers those same wines at half-price By-The-Glass and by the bottle. Additionally, Tarpy's features a discounted, 3-course prix-fix menu complimenting that week's featured wines. Guests will also have the chance to enter a monthly drawing for a dinner for two at Tarpy's and a basket of wine! Wine-Down Wednesdays are free and open to the public.

Don't miss the dry-packed, Maine sea scallops on edamame puree. it is to die for. Tarpy's also has a wonderful selection of fresh, local, sustainable fish, shellfish and vegetable dishes - but the good ol' meat 'n' potato mainstays sizzling from the wood-fired grill like steaks and wild game, sell the best. Make sure to try the juicy meatloaf and garlic whipped potatoes!

In the mood for a tasty libation cocktail and snacks at the bar? Have one of our talented bartenders create a cocktail for you from our new artisan cocktail selection. Our garden is even showing up at the bar in tasty libations featuring fresh herbs. When it comes to interesting ways to use herbs like basil and mint, have one of our mixologists incorporate them in a cool, refreshing cocktail.
