Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio (EMAS) Beginning Acting Class Now Registering

LOS ANGELES - Nov. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- The Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio was recently named one of L.A.’s top 5 acting schools by CBS and is now enrolling for their Beginners Techniques class, “The Character”.

Beginning Acting Class:

The Basic Technique Series course of study helps actors with limited experience and less than one year of training to become immersed in an inspirational, challenging curriculum. The Beginning Acting Class is ideal for students who need to develop a solid foundation and learn the skills necessary for creating a character, breaking down a scene or using their body and voice for performance. It’s also great for more experienced actors who need to refresh their basic skills. We teach skills that can be applied effectively and specifically so they can be harnessed to create a dynamic performance.

The Technique series is divided into 3 11-week sessions including:

The Character: January - March

The Script: April - June

Acting Foundations: September – December

EMAS is now enrolling for THE CHARACTER.  Classes begin on January 9^th, 2014 at 7:00pm.

The Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio faculty is comprised of working professionals who encourage and develop the talents of each individual student.  Small class size has students working in EVERY class. In addition to core acting classes., students can supplement their training with workshops. Workshops offered at EMAS include: On-Camera Technique, Shakespeare, Voice and Speech, Commercial Acting and the Business of Acting.
