Nov. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Woodland Bowl recently opened its newest Pirate Quest Laser Tag arena - http://www.lasertagworld.com - and pirate themed Lazer Frenzy laser maze - http://www.lazerfrenzy.com - designed by Creative Works to boost its arcade and bowling area.  The over 5,000 square foot multi-level arena exhibits amazing 3D black light murals and props.  Players are taken onto a salty pirate's port surrounded by candle lit halls and burning pirate ships.  Woodland Bowl Pirates' Quest features Zone Laser Tag's equipment for interactive play.  The new laser tag & Lazer Frenzy themed environments tie in perfectly with Woodland Bowl Pirates' Cove Miniature Golf course with 18 holes that includes running water falls and a pirate ship.

To create this totally immersive Pirate adventure, Creative Works included several custom pieces to the arena to encourage players to come back for more “swashbuckling” fun!  When players enter the briefing area, each is enticed with the pirates’ bounty of gold and treasure.  Players then enter the vesting area to suit up and discover they must protect their new found treasure as they get ready to dock at port.  The arena opens to a feast of the eyes with nets, ropes, sails, anchors, a torch lit-ramp and store fronts that line the port.  The mix of authentic and real props provides great eye candy against the vibrant colored walls, maze obstacles and props throughout the space.

The relationship between Royal Pin and Creative Works goes back much further than just this year. Jeff Schilling, President of Creative Works, started in the laser tag industry twenty years ago, and his first client was Craig May, President of Royal Pin Leisure Centers in Indianapolis.  Craig asked Jeff to create a themed laser tag adventure called Lazer Storm, featuring a planetary landscape with "cosmic caves" and intergalactic murals.  “We went through a lot of growing pains early in the days,” commented Schilling, “but now with our project management team, full production facility and over 360 tag locations designed and/or developed since our modest beginnings, we are leading the industry while bringing memorable experiences for the guests that enjoy our interactive attractions.”

Now, in the midst of the push for bowling modernization, Craig saw the opportunity to convert another bowling facility of his into a much more diverse entertainment center.  Creative Works was the natural choice to design this new modern facility.  "The arena is amazing!  Creative Works definitely keeps their promise on their product.  They have a great operation going and we are really happy with the finished product," commented Craig.

Royal Pin Leisure Centers has four bowling locations across Indianapolis. They also own Fast Times Indoor Karting Center and Great Times Fun Park, where you can have corporate parties, birthday parties, play miniature golf, bumper boating, and go-kart.  Learn more about Royal Pin at http://www.royalpin.com.

Which player will keep the bounty?  Each buccaneer on this journey will have a swashbuckling time in the PIRATES VILLAGE for a fun and interactive experience.
