Michelin starred executive chef Salvatore Bianco has created three special menus for Christmas Eve, Christmas lunch, and Christmas dinner. The theme is traditional Napolitan cuisine, but revisited in an innovative way. So here, the traditional “salad di rinforzo” transforms into a gourmet sea salad, the classic panettone becomes a delicious white chocolate mousse with red fruit sauce, and all accompanied by a selection of wines chosen by the ROMEO hotel’s Sommelier. Program Details: CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER at the Beluga Skybar & Restaurant, at 8:30 PM - Sea salad with crispy vegetables and plum tomatoes - Marinated sea bream with citrus and curly endive - Calamarata pasta with fish sauce and sea vegetables - Grilled amberjack with scalloped potatoes and Mediterranean gazpacho - Chocolate creme with nougat sauce Cost: 95 euro per person, beverages excluded or 130 euro per person including a selection of wines from our Sommelier: Santojanni, Alepa 2011; Fiano di Avellino, Terredora 2012; Barolo Chinato, Cocchi.
