My Wellness Solutions and Elite Group PR Introduces Step Into Wellness

NEW YORK - Nov. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- New York, New York (November 27, 2013)- As the end of the year approaches the New Years resolutions related to health and weight loss sky rocket and then plummet a few months afterward. For that reason women business owners Indhira and Violet Santana of My Wellness Solutions, a holistic clinic in the Bronx, have set out to create something that would be a more lasting and realistic approach, “Step Into Wellness”, is an afternoon long day of rejuvenating services and workshops that promote healthier lifestyles that real people can stick too. Indhira says, “ a lot of women want fast results, try a quick fix trick and crash all over again. This constant crashing routine is discouraging and never garners the end result they seek.” What we have set out to do at Step Into Wellness is work one on one with women who are open to seeing their healthy lifestyle changes as life long commitments.

On December 21, 2013 the day will begin with wellness assessments where the women are able to discuss with Health Coach, Certified Natural Health Professionals and Holistic Health Practitioner Indhira and Violet on their personal weightloss and health related goals, receive either an acupunture, massage or facial service, a cool swag bag full of goodies and a new perspective on their healthy life journey.
