Sage Inn & Lounge to Host New Year’s Eve Celebration

PROVINCETOWN, Mass. - Nov. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Sage Inn & Lounge (www.sageinnptown.com), Cape Cod’s leading destination for food enthusiasts, today announced Cape Cod’s only New Year’s Eve event for foodies. Sage’s award-winning Chef Lucio will be showcasing his signature international fusion techniques using seasonal ingredients as he serves up a 6-course dinner to the sounds of Cape Cod musicians Fred Fried and Bruce Abbott in Sage’s Mediera Room.

Drawing on Sage Inn & Lounge’s designation as Provincetown’s leading destination for fine food and creative cocktails, party goers can say goodbye to 2013 with their best meal of the year including the likes of Crisp English Sole with Yellow Curry Mustard, Buttered Potato Cake and a Raspberry Vinegar and Cane Sugar Spritz and Grilled Hulumi Cheese with Winter Carrot Jam and Toasted Sesame Seeds. For dessert, pastry chef Alana Garnica will be baking up a Chocolate Trio complete with homemade Chocolate Cake with Italian Buttercream, Orange Infused Chocolate Truffles and Raspberry Chocolate Mousse. Eight-string jazz guitarist, Fred Fried, and saxophonist and flutist, Bruce Abbott, will entertain before and after dinner with their live classical jazz music.

Owned by Leszczysnki and partner, Diane DiCarlo, Sage Inn & Lounge opened in 2012 following a major renovation. A quiet destination situated in the heart of Provincetown’s Commercial Street, Sage blends historic charm with contemporary sensibilities and zen-like touches. Individuals can recharge in one of 19 rooms or in the intimate Lounge area serving everything from herb-infused cocktails to tapas-style small plates. In addition, the facility boasts two private event spaces, which play host to weddings, corporate and food events.
