Holly Folly Food Boutique Returns to Provincetown on December 7th

PROVINCETOWN, Mass. - Nov. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Sage Inn & Lounge (www.sageinnptown.com), Cape Cod’s leading destination for food enthusiasts, today announced the return of their 2nd  annual Holly Folly Food Boutique on December 7, 2013 from 11 am – 5 pm in partnership with Cape Cod Magazine. Offered as part of Provincetown’s Holly Folly Weekend, starting on Friday night, attendees from near and far will be treated to festive, creative cocktails in the Sage Lounge, an Art of Infusion culinary class and shopping for local artisanal food products.

On Friday, December 6, 2013 from 8 – 9:30 pm, individuals can unwind from the week during Art of Infusion. Hosted by Sage’s sought-after Mixologist, Corey Sievers, attendees will learn the different types of spirits suitable for infusion, what ingredients pair best with each and then be guided  through the step-by-step infusion process. Attendees will also enjoy sample cocktails and leave with a Sage customizeable jar and recipes to experiment with at home.

On Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 11 am – 5 pm, the Holly Folly Food Boutique, sponsored by Cape Cod Magazine, will feature local food purveyors from throughout New England for holiday gifts and entertaining. Everything from locally cultivated cheese, gourmet olive oil and vinegar, jam, chocolate truffles, sauces, smoked seafood, soufflés and more will be for sale from the likes of Chocolate Therapy, Tortured Orchard, Chefy Bainier, Dave’s Cape Cod Smokehouse, Engelnook Farm and many others.

Owned by Leszczysnki and partner, Diane DiCarlo, Sage Inn & Lounge opened in 2012 following a major renovation. A quiet destination situated in the heart of Provincetown’s Commercial Street, Sage blends historic charm with contemporary sensibilities and zen-like touches. Individuals can recharge in one of 19 rooms or in the intimate Lounge area serving everything from herb-infused cocktails to tapas-style small plates.
