Hosted by Sage’s sought-after Mixologist, Corey Sievers, attendees will learn the different types of spirits suitable for infusion, what ingredients pair best with each and then be guided through the step-by-step infusion process. Attendees will also enjoy sample cocktails and leave with a Sage customizeable jar and recipes to experiment with at home. On Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 11 am – 5 pm, the Holly Folly Food Boutique, sponsored by Cape Cod Magazine, will feature local food purveyors from throughout New England for holiday gifts and entertaining. Everything from locally cultivated cheese, gourmet olive oil and vinegar, jam, chocolate truffles, sauces, smoked seafood, soufflés and more will be for sale from the likes of Chocolate Therapy, Tortured Orchard, Chefy Bainier, Dave’s Cape Cod Smokehouse, Engelnook Farm and many others.
