Erwin Singh Braich, finally allowed to cross-examine former KPMG Senior Vice President Under Oath

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Nov. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- After 14 years of requesting to cross-examine former KPMG Senior Vice President, Mr. Robert Rusko, under oath, Erwin Singh Braich, one of the world's 50 wealthiest people and Canada's first Sikh Billionaire, will finally be allowed to do so during a hearing that is set to last three days in Vancouver, British Columbia, beginning on December 17, 2013.

When reached for comment, Braich stated, "My professional advisers and I are looking forward to the opportunity of being able to ask questions under oath finally after waiting 14 long years.  It has been a long haul and this process has been arduous and the cover up has been astounding to say the least."

Braich and his associates allege that serious crimes and misdeeds have been committed, including tampering, perjury, brazen abuse of due process, corporate intimidation - and all of this has come at taxpayers' expense.
