Stadium Journey Cookbook Recipes to Be Featured at TapRoot Restaurant in Decatur

DECATUR, Ill. - Nov. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- In 1999, Paul Swaney met Jolyn and John Redden in Chicago. They became fast friends, sharing a love eating and drinking in the Windy City. The Reddens later moved to Decatur, Illinois and Swaney, along with his wife and son, moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Swaney started Stadium Journey LLC, a media company which reviews sports stadiums from around the world. Stadium Journey recently published their first cookbook, the Stadium Journey Pro Football Cookbook. Recipes are inspired by each team and region of the NFL with an appetizer, emtree, and cocktail for each team in the league. Swaney is one of the primary recipe contributors in the book.

On Saturday, December 7th, Swaney will make an appearance at TapRoot Restaurant with cookbooks available for sale. The restaurant will feature some cocktails and appetizers from the Stadium Journey Cookbook beginning at 5pm.

The event is a chance for old friends to reunite and support each other with their endeavors. Swaney and the Reddens share the experience of chasing their dreams, and that will be celebrated on Saturday, December 7th on Merchant Street in Decatur.
