Want to see the Stars? See the Comet Ison fly by?

So often we look up at the sky and wish we could tell what we are looking at. Is it a star or a planet? This year we even have a few comets to look at.

RED BANK, N.J. - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Telescopes range in price from $75 to the thousands. The brand suggested carry is Celestron and a phone call or visit to our store will get a hobbymaster to help in the right selection.

The Celestron PowerSeekers is a great series for beginners and come in a choice of refractor or reflector, equatorial or altazimuth mount design.. The Newtonian reflectors offer larger aperture and greater light gathering power needed to resolve the faint detail of hundreds of deep-sky and other celestial objects.
The computerized hand control system on some of the telescopes allows you to locate objects at the touch of a button. Take a camera and hook it up to the telescope to take pictures of the planets, stars and galaxies.
For the young ones in the family there is glow-in-the dark stickers of planets and stars that a child can put on the ceiling. If there is an interest in astronomy look for the many kits to build the solar system and learn about the planets.
Imagine seeing the moon up close. Or the rings of Saturn! What fun that is!
