MERRILLVILLE, Ind. - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The recently redesigned 2014 SRT Viper has been earning plenty of praise for its bold styling, raw power, and incredible handling. With the new Anodized Carbon Special Edition Viper, which will get a limited production run of only 50 units, SRT is making the Viper even more bold and eye-catching than ever before.

The most prominent feature of this limited-edition car will be its exterior paint color, a sleek matte metallic grey that emphasizes the Viper’s sculpted curves and gives the car a somewhat ominous glow. To go along with this sleek paint job, the package also includes Satin Black exhaust bezels, Gloss Black badging, and five-spoke Black Vapor Rattler wheels. To provide some contrast, the SRT team has added orange brake calipers which really pop against the metallic paint job.

The interior of the car has a similarly striking color scheme. Black leather and Alcantara abound, with orange accent stitching on the seats, door trim, center console, and instrument panel to add a hint of vibrancy. The premium feel of the cabin is completed with carbon fiber details on the doors, steering wheel, and center stack.

This unique Viper features all of the advanced performance equipment of the GTS model. Dual-mode Bilstein dampers, cutting-edge traction and stability control systems, and two-piece lightweight brake rotors give the driver more control over the suspension system in order to optimize handling and driving dynamics on different road surfaces. The GTS also comes with high-end features like a 12-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, voice-activated navigation system, 8.4-inch touchscreen interface, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic bi-xenon headlights, and much more.

Drivers interested in purchasing the Anodized Carbon Special Edition Viper – or any other model of SRT’s incredible supercar – should contact their local Merrillville SRT dealership. The Anodized Carbon Special Edition model will be going on sale starting in January 2014, but other models are available right now. Pricing has not yet been announced for the new model, but it should be similar to the $126,980 starting price for the standard Viper GTS.
