Midas Hospitality, LLC Acquires the Staybridge Suites & Holiday Inn Express – O’Fallon, MO

ST. LOUIS - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- SAINT LOUIS, MO, November 25, 2013 – An investment group led by Midas Hospitality, LLC has acquired the 97-room Staybridge Suites and the 122-room Holiday Inn Express – O’Fallon, MO.  St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer, Midas Hospitality, LLC will manage the assets.

Opening in 2005, the Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express sit adjacent to each other, located at 1155 and 1175 Technology Drive, O’Fallon, Missouri respectively.  The hotels are located on the northwest corner of I-63/Hwy 40 and Hwy K, 30 miles west of downtown St. Louis.

Robert Willard, President & Principal, Midas Hospitality, LLC states, “We are excited about the growth of Midas Hospitality in the St. Louis area with the acquisition of these two hotels.”  Willard added “Midas Hospitality will also open the Fairfield Inn and Suites, Wentzville, MO later this year and is building a Courtyard by Marriott – St. Louis / St. Peters, MO to open 4^th quarter, 2014.”  Midas Hospitality recently announced the opening of the 135-room Aloft Hotel – Beachwood, OH and construction of a 100-room Residence by Marriott – Columbus / Dublin to open Fall, 2014.
