National ACO hires Florida-based Orange Health Solutions

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Nov. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Orange Health Solutions (OHS) was selected by National ACO as their exclusive partner in a mission to increase the quality of the patient experience while at the same time lowering medical costs. The goal of the program is to ensure that medical cost savings are achieved through improving care coordination and providing care that is appropriate, safe and timely. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has established 33 quality measures on care coordination and patient safety, appropriate use of preventative health services, improved care for at-risk populations as well as patient and caregiver experience of care.
