Introducing R & B Singer and Songwriter Tejai Moore

WASHINGTON - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- This force to be reckoned with really needs no introduction; but for those that have yet to get familiar with his sultry, sexy, futuristic sound; allow me to introduce you to Tejai Moore (formerly known as T. Plezya).  For decades artists have been known to change their moniker as a testament to their growth, and diversity in the music industry. Tejai has evolved and diversified his craft in the entertainment and music industry since his humble beginnings in Germany in 2002; where he was known as “Lil T”.  Despite being an unsigned artist; Tejai Moore has built an extensive music resume for himself.

Tejai has had the opportunity to be an opening act, perform alongside, and work with musical legends like B.o.B, Swazy Baby, Sean Kingston, Jagged Edge, Trina, Young Dro, Travis Porter, Roscoe Dash, DJ Unk, J-Dash, Verse Simmonds, GS Boyz, and KE on the Track, and many more.  Tejai recently penned a hit single for one of  the UK's rising stars; X-Factor contestant Curtis Moore. The single is called "Lipstick" (featuring Scorcher) and it has been impacting on major radio stations. As of September 5, 2013, the record reached #4 on the UK Billboard charts.   It has also been confirmed as of October 2013 that Tejai will have music placement with Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club for a new season starting first quarter 2014.

As Tejai plateaus to the next level of his career, a name change was most fitting. The new name carries sentimental value for him as well. Tejai has spent his career being transparent with his fans regarding his music and life.  Tejai had this to say regarding his name change, “As of now I've decided it is time for a musical name change. A lot of grinding has been put in under the name "T. Plezya". Those struggles, accomplishments, and records will always be a part of me but I have decided on Tejai Moore.”  Tejai is pronounced “TJ” as in Tony Jr.; which pays homage to his father.  The last name Moore pays homage to his mother. The new moniker "Tejai Moore” doubly serves as a way to acknowledge his family and always carrying them with him as well as acknowledge his growth in the music.

Tejai Moore is such a multifaceted artist and entertainer; expect major moves from this young artist in 2014 and going forward.
