Pillar Team Member Honored with WAVE Award for Excellence in Hospitality

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Nov. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Pillar Hotels & Resorts is proud to announce that SpringHill Suites Grand Rapids North Kevin Trasky, Night Auditor, have been honored with a WAVE Award. The WAVE Awards were created to recognize excellence in hospitality in Grand Rapids and Kent County, Michigan. Kevin received his award at the 6^th Annual Impacting Hospitality Celebration at DeVos Place Convention Center on Thursday, November 21, and his hotel, managed by Pillar, received a plaque.

Three team members from the SpringHill Suites Grand Rapids North hotel were nominated for a WAVE Award: Jolinda Brown, Keonna Giles, and Kevin Trasky. Trasky, the winner, has been with SpringHill Suites Grand Rapids North since March 2012.As a Night Auditor,he serves as a Guest Service Representative while balancing the hotel’s income and expenses for the current 24-hour period.
