The Host a Virtual Event (HVE) (http://www.hostavirtualevent.com/) platform is really easy to set up and users can access it from their URL anytime and from anyplace.  The platform offers the set-up of auditoriums, exhibition halls, Academies, workshops, and training rooms as well as realistic command and control and safety simulations.
