High School Sophomore Publishes First Book In Tetralogy For Young AdultsFrom the book’s back cover: “Ezio's simple errand of delivering a letter to his grandmother begins this action-packed adventure as he and his friends unravel the mystery of his family's past. Having relocated to Rome, Ezio's journey takes him to the northern towns of Italy - Rimini, Alessandria, and Verona - as he tries to stop a deadly threat on his favorite uncle, Samuele. At the end of his journey, Ezio and his friends come face to face with a dead man. Will Ezio fulfill his family's promise to become a world-class assassin? Or can he find a way to escape what some call his destiny? Follow Ezio and his friends' adventure as they try to control his future in this four-part series.” Ms. Olin has been writing stories since she was seven years old. She is currently completing the second volume in her Ezio Farrari series, but has not yet provided a release date or title. She has also indicated that volumes three and four are already underway, and seems genuinely excited about how this series is progressing. “I’m very happy with finishing Blood of an Assassin,” Ms. Olin said, “as I think it sets a pretty good foundation. I wanted to make sure I had a number of ways to proceed in the other volumes, as I continue to mature as an author.” When asked about why she chose to write a tetralogy as an aspiring author, Ms. Olin replied, “As an avid reader of Young Adult fiction, I have been struggling to find any new, interesting series. I figured, if I was having trouble finding any, then others must be too. So why not write one?” Assuming Ms. Olin completes the Ezio Ferrari tetralogy, she may well be one of the youngest authors ever to do so, joining just a handful of contemporary authors.
