PSM Concepts merger with SoftAgility Systems Inc

TORONTO - Nov. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Toronto, Ontario, November 22, 2013 — SoftAgility Systems Inc. and PSM Concepts are pleased to announce a merger that took effect on November, 18 2013. The SoftAgility Systems Inc. name will be used going forward.

This merger represents a pooling of the expertise of two software services firms that will put forth a superior offering of document, content and customer relationship management solutions and customisation to our growing list of clients.

SoftAgility Systems Inc. is a leader in providing Autonomy iManage and NetDocuments Document Management Systems that are used by Professional Service Firms. SoftAgility provides clients with the software that works the way they work.
