Power Design, Inc. Awarded One Lake’s Edge, to be the Third-Largest Building in The Woodlands, TX

HOUSTON - Nov. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Power Design, Inc., a Florida based electrical contractor and engineer, is partnering with Hoar Construction and The Woodlands Development Company on One Lake’s Edge.

This 390-unit multifamily development is located within the Hughes Landing area on Lake Woodlands, Texas. With roughly 825,000-square-feet and eight stories of retail and luxury apartment space, the project is slated for completion in early 2015 and will be the third-largest building in The Woodlands.

“We look forward to working with Hoar Construction and The Woodlands Development Company,” said Dane Gilbert, senior project manager. “As our tenth project awarded in Texas this year, we plan for it to be a great success and help us expand even further in the Texas market.”

Features of One Lake’s Edge will include an oversized pool deck, an elevated outdoor patio overlooking Lake Woodlands, and 22,000-square-feet of retail space on the ground floor. Preleasing is already at roughly 40 percent for the entire Hughes Landing development.
