AstraQom Canada Names New Vice President

OTTAWA, Ontario - Nov. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- AstraQom Canada, a reputable telecommunications company targeting businesses, has recently announced a new Vice President, Dana Maracine.

“Dana comes to the top management team with a wealth of experience in the sector. Dana Maracine, a graduate in European Economics, has more than 8 years of experience in the telecom sector. She started her career as an agent in the Complaints Department of a French telecom company, Neuf Cegetel (now included in the SFR Group). Afterwards, she continued building her career at Iristel Inc., where she held several positions, such as a Representative in the Customer Care division, a Sales Representative, a Customer Care Manager and a Marketing Manager. She joined AstraQom in year 2013 as a Customer Service Manager, but was, at the same time, involved in AstraQom's new Marketing strategy and Product Management.

“I am currently in charge of leading a team of managers responsible for the daily operations, the implementation of strategies, and continuous improvement of our customer experience, products and human resources,” explained Dana. She also stated that by renewing its team and bringing a new team of experienced managers aboard, “AstraQom has created new sets of products and services, designed to better meet our customers’ needs for personalized solutions.”
