PRLog -- The essence of Steven Blubaugh’s work is to make America healthy and green. As a Distributor Representative for the Community Assistance Program (CAP), it is his job to reach the fifty-nine million Americans who are without health coverage and inform them of the CAP discount prescription card. This card was established to provide payment assistance to the uninsured and underinsured for their prescription needs. The CAP card saves the cardholder from 10% - 85% on brand name medications and generic medications. The discount prescription cards are accepted at over 80% of pharmacies in the US and its territories, including Puerto Rico. Anyone can use the CAP card, regardless of age or income, and by visiting Mr. Blubaugh's site one can print as many discount cards as they need. He has been coordinating outreach for the Community Assistance Program since August of 2011. On the green side of things Steven Blubaugh is an energy consultant for Sunsmart Technologies. Through this role he endeavors to make the public aware of the affordable possibility of going green. He covers the Kansas City, Missouri area which is opportune as currently the incentives are very high here for converting to green energy sources such as solar panels. Mr. Blubaugh has been with SunSmart Technologies since January 2012.
