Annual Reliable Subaru Celebrity Spokes Dog Contest and Share the Love Celebration!

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Nov. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Due to a tremendous response over the last two years, Reliable Subaru, just off Chestnut and 65 in Springfield, is holding its Third Annual Celebrity Spokes Dog Contest and Share the Love Event. Local dogs will once again have the opportunity to compete in a “pup-ularity” contest, and the winner will be featured in local Reliable Subaru television, online and print advertising for 2014. The lucky puppy’s owner will receive $1000 for the winner, and second and third place winners will receive $100 for second and $50 for third in Visa gift cards.

Interested parties can submit pet photos online at http://www.reliablesubaru.com/spokesdog/index.htm starting November 21 at 8:00 a.m. or enter the contest during one of three fun Reliable Subaru on-the-lot pet events. You are encouraged to enter your pets during one of the three on-the-lot events to insure you get your pet entered correctly and paperwork filled out properly.

In addition, those that enter their pet by coming to the lot will receive a FREE leash, travel dog bowl and FREE car wash.  The winner will be announced on or around January 9th live on KOZL’s “Ozarks Live @ 4” show from 4:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.

• November 21st, 4:00-6:00 p.m.: Reliable Subaru will kick off the Celebrity Spokes Dog Contest with the premier of the all-new 2014 Subaru Forester. The “Ozarks Live @ 4” show with Shannon Fox and Tom Trtan will broadcast live from the dealership.

You can stop in to see the new Forester and have your dog’s picture taken by Abundant Smiles Photography to insure a professional photograph is uploaded for the Spokes Dog contest. Exciting prizes including free details, oil changes, car washes and an awesome gift basket from All Dogs and Cats will be given away throughout this event and live Alice 95.5 radio remote.

Also, please ask how to get Reliable Subaru to cover the cost of adoption for anyone that buys a Subaru and adopts from CARE during the event dates.  And, if you buy a Subaru you can choose for Subaru to send $250 dollars to CARE as part of Subaru’s National Share the Love Event.  Plus, see an array of adorable adoptable pets from CARE.  There will even be a Pet Fashion show with some cool fashions for your cuddly friends put on by All Dogs and Cats.  Plus, get your pet questions answered by Dr. Reid, a local veterinarian who will be on-site.

• December 7th, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Reliable Subaru will host “Adopt a Pet” days, featuring cuddly critters from CARE. Adoptable pets will be on-site during a live Alice 95.5 radio broadcast. Reliable Subaru will cover the cost of adoption for anyone that buys a Subaru and adopts from CARE during the event dates.  And, if you buy a Subaru you can choose for Subaru to send $250 dollars to CARE as part of Subaru’s National Share the Love Event.  Abundant Smiles Photography will again be on site from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to snap your pet’s photo for the Spokes Dog Contest.  Again, you will get a FREE leash, travel bowl and FREE car wash when you enter your dog during this event.

• December 14th, 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.: The final event will take place on December 14th, when Santa will come down from the North Pole and meet all potential celebrity pups. Abundant Smiles Photography will be present from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to snap pictures of you and your beloved pup with Santa and upload them to the Spokes Dog Contest or bring the kiddos by and they can get a snap with Santa as well. Once again, Reliable Subaru will help those that buy a Subaru and adopt from CARE during event dates by covering their pet adoption fees.  This is the last event during which you can stop by the dealership and get a professional photo of your favorite pup uploaded to the Spokes Dog contest, and your chance to win $1000.
