Foswiki 1.1.9 released, just in time for its 5th anniversary

HAMBURG, Germany - Nov. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Foswiki 1.1.9 is available to be downloaded. This release is a security, performance and bug-fix release. It comes with more than 40 bug fixes relative to 1.1.8.
