EquipSoft Customers Featured in Official Publications of AED and MHEDA

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - Nov. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Allentown, PA – EquipSoft, an IndustryBuilt Software company, is featured in the November 2013 issue of Construction Equipment Distributors (CED) Magazine - the official publication of Associated Equipment Distributors (AED). As well, the integration of EquipSoft with mobile app for a customer, Equipment Depot Cincinnati, is featured in the Q4 2013 issue of The MHEDA Journal, the official publication of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA).

In an interview for The MHEDA Journal article, titled “Field Service Technicians Go Mobile,” Equipment Depot’s Keith Hauptmann said that after two dozen field service technicians in Cincinnati went live on the EquipSoft mobile application - which resulted in real-time invoicing, faster part replenishment, and reduced travel time - the technology will be rolled out to another 540 technicians at all five of Equipment Depot’s operating across North America.

For the article published in Construction Equipment Distributors magazine, EquipSoft customer, Roger Ketelsleger, owner of Yale/Chase Equipment and Services with dealerships in California and Hawaii, said “with EquipSoft, I got 95% of what I wanted out of the box” after asking a dozen software vendors some 250 questions based on the needs of his dealership managers.
