Courtesy Property Management holds its 2nd Annual Fundraising Holiday Cocktail Party, Benefiting ACS

MIAMI - Nov. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- On December 6th, 2013, Courtesy Property Management will hold its 2^nd Annual Fundraising Holiday Cocktail Party benefiting the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life.   Last year, Courtesy Property Management had the honor to be the number one fundraiser at the West Kendall Relay for Life.   This year we hope to top last year’s success.

The stylish reception will take place at the magnificent Three Lakes Clubhouse overlooking the breathtaking views of the Three Lakes.  The Property Owners Association has generously donated the venue for this spectacular event.  Once again, Courtesy Property Management has had an incredible amount of support in their fundraising efforts from the local business community.  We thank all of our business sponsors for their generous contributions, without their support this event would not be possible.

About this event:

Guests will arrive to a red carpet, where they will pose for glamorous photo shots courtesy of, A Touch of Elegance Photography.  They will pose in front of our beautifully designed “step and repeat” wall showcasing the logos for all of our generous sponsors, courtesy of Minuteman Press Kendall.  Minuteman also donated the invitations and event tickets.

Once guests enter the spacious clubhouse they will be blown away by the spectacular winter wonderland themed décor.  All of the party supplies, including tables, cocktail tables, chairs, lounge furniture, lighting and linens are courtesy of the professionals at BTB Events Miami.  The exquisite winter wonderland themed flower arrangements are courtesy of Blooms and Stems. Then guests will be treated to a lavish smorgasbord of delectable gourmet foods courtesy of the culinary artistry of Special Events Catering by Les, a local gastronomic genius.  Everyone will enjoy numerous food stations with a selection fit for kings and queens, including island style coconut shrimp, crab cake sliders, carved loin of pork with mojo, and Thai inspired chicken & beef sate to name a few.  For dessert guest will be enticed by Les’ Chocolate Mousse Yule Log!   The event will offer an open wine-bar showcasing wines from different regions of the world, courtesy of the well-respected ASI Property and Casualty Insurance.  ASI is a full service property and casualty insurance company, servicing many of our satisfied communities.  DJ Ricky will be on the turn tables mixing everyone’s favorite tunes courtesy of Vested Security, a leader in the security industry.  Vested Security will also be providing added security guards for the evening’s event.  Finally, we would like to thank Cornerstone Property Services, for their generous contribution to the cause.

We would also like to acknowledge Costco Wholesalers and Sears Home Appliance Showroom (both conveniently located in London Square Shopping Center) and Florida Blue (located at The Falls).   These companies have demonstrated a commitment to better serving our local community.  We honor them for partnering with us to make this evening a possibility.
