New electric punching machine EXN 1000

Nov. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Dalcos® will be presenting the new size EXN 1000 at the next Blechexpo in November 2013, thus completing its range of electric punching machines with this 1000mm wide model. The system comprises also a 4000kg decoiler and a straightener which, along with the punching machine, allow for a 20% energy saving when working at full speed.

All the other EXN line's key features are available in this new model, including the parametric programming graphic software that allows parts of the same family to be machined one after the other with 100% material use optimization and no interruptions.

The punching machine can also be used with many rotary tools, multi-tools and punches thanks to the standar thick turret and its 20+ setups, while the servo-controlled electric actuator can be exploited with every one of them, reaching a top speed up to 500 strikes a minute.

With this new 1000mm wide format, a vast range of applications are covered by the same machine: from electrical enclusures and metal furniture to air conditioning and HVAC components, from poultry equipment to suspended ceilings.
