Sarasota Area Injury Attorneys To Gather For The Fall Manasota Trial Lawyers Board Diner

SARASOTA, Fla. - Nov. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Prominent injury and civil trial lawyers from Sarasota and Manatee counties to attend the Manasota Trial Lawyers Board  Seminar and Diner held November 20th 2013.

Guest speakers for the event include attorney Elisabeth DeWitt Esq., from Shapiro Goldman Babboni & Walsh, Damian Mallard Esq., Lee Gunn IV Esq., and Richard Shapiro Esq.,

Attorney Beth DeWitt will be giving a presentation on  ERISA Negotiations. The presentation will be based on an article by Attorney DeWitt published in several top legal trade publications including the Lawyer's Log Book and JUSTLAW. Other presentations at the event will include a talk on Daubert Challenges by Damian Mallard, a talk on Medical Malpractice presented by   Richard Shapiro, Esq., and a talk on insurance bad faith rulings presented by Attorney Lee Gunn IV.
