Effective immediately, the strategic marketing and communications consultancy will be engaging Laura M. Palermo, a marketing communications writer and project manager with more than 15 years of experience developing concepts and crafting copy for advertising, marketing and corporate communication projects.

Most recently, Palermo managed community relations and related employee and corporate communications for the AAA National Office. She began her 13-year stint with AAA in 2000 in the AAA Automotive Department in a marketing communications position which involved a diverse range of projects from writing enewsletters to developing intranet sites to designing and implementing a museum installation.

Ms. Palermo will be working in collaboration with Ken Countess and other team members to provide clients with strategic resources and marketing expertise for email, social media, websites, public relations and brand development.
