McGladrey Enhances Its Financial Services Industry Consulting Offering

CHICAGO - Nov. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- McGladrey LLP, the nation’s leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market, recently announced that Matt Reynolds has joined the firm as director – financial services consulting, effective Nov. 18.

In this role, Reynolds will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their potential operational, financial, regulatory and technology risks, and providing them with customized strategies to help mitigate those risks, as well as designing and implementing process improvements that contributes to their success. Reynolds will be based out of McGladrey’s Chicago office.

Reynolds has more than 11 years of experience as a chief compliance officer for various financial services companies. He also has executive level experience in operations.

A graduate from Robert Morris College, Reynolds holds a BBA in accounting, which he earned through a full academic scholarship. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP) as well as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). He holds professional licenses in FINRA series 4, 7, 24, 27 and 66, and in insurance as an Illinois Life and Health Producer.

Reynolds is a member of SIFMA Legal and Compliance, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
