November 15, 2013, Manila, Philippines - ADEC Group’s senior management bagged the KPMG Executive Leadership Team of the Year award in the Asia CEO Awards 2013 held at the Solaire Resort & Casino, Thursday night, November 14, 2013. The Asia CEO Awards is an annual event that recognizes the outstanding leadership achievements of individuals and organizations in the Philippines.  ADEC Group was likewise a finalist in the Most Innovative Company of the Year category.

The firm’s executives were recognized for being able to expand their business from a small enterprise into a global firm. ADEC Group Global Chief Executive Officer James M. Donovan and Global Chief Financial Officer Carol S. Esguerra co-founded the company in 1996.  In his speech, Mr. Donovan noted that:  “From just two employees about 18 years ago, ADEC Group has grown to over 5,500 employees located in five continents.”

The KPMG Executive Leadership Team of the Year award is given to an executive management team that has achieved important success while overseeing a global business enterprise.  The team should have also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills resulting in the growth of shareholder value.

Because of its performance, ADEC Group has been recognized by various organizations.  The company was a finalist in the Most Innovative Company of the Year and Executive Leadership Team of the Year categories in the Asia CEO Awards 2012.

In 2011, the Group won as the Most Innovative BPO Company of the Year at the 5^th ICT International Awards Philippines and was also named as having the Best Eco-Industrial Service of the Year at the 1^st Philippine International Eco-Show Awards in 2010.
