Newbreed Ultimate Challenge Houston Grappling Championship

SAN ANTONIO - Nov. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- The Newbreed Ultimate Challege held in Houston on September 7, 2013 raised the bar for alot of local, regional and state grapplers. The Newbreed Ultimate Challege places beginner, intermediate, and advanced grapplers in Gi and No Gi competion.

Dominion MMA based in San Antonio, Texas under Head Instructor Reynaldo Rodriguez and Assistant Coach Jerry Musquiz, competed in the local tournament and earned 3 gold and 2 bronze medals.

According to head coach Reyaldo Rodriguez, "I expected a lot of our grapplers to attend this event and compete but we only took 3 competitors and I was very pleased with the results. When you attend a competition outside of your local city you never know what is going to happen or how well you are going to do but as usual the Dominion MMA competition team always does well."

Jerry Musquiz, Gi and No Gi, 2 Gold Medals

Bear Ellis, Gi and no Gi, 1 Gold, 1 Bronze Medal

Will Aston, Gi, 1 Bronze Medal
