VincoSport Signs Partnership with EAP Circuit

SHEFFIELD, U.K. - Nov. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- UK track and field website VincoSport has signed an historic partnership with Europe Athlétisme Promotion (EAP) to provide live and on demand coverage on its events for the 2014 season.

The partnership means VincoSport will provide media services in mainland Europe as well as the UK throughout 2014. Its team of writers, social media commentators and camera operators have interviewed many of track and field’s biggest stars when competing in the country, as well as providing live streams and videos of championships, together with reports and regular athletics articles.

Managing director Matt Quine of VincoSport said “I’m really pleased we have been given the opportunity to provide our media services to the EAP. Its meetings don’t get the kind of attention over here as Diamond League ones do, which is a shame as they attract world-class international athletes, as well as the next generation of youth athletes. It’s a real honour to be able to do so through-out the coming season and we are excited about the prospect of providing our users with more top quality competitions.”

EAP’s summer programme for 2014 includes meetings in Belgium, Switzerland and Italy, as well as a top-class competition in Loughborough (known as L.E.A.P.). VincoSport will be sending its journalists to film, live blog, report on, interview and provide live commentary from a number of events throughout the season.

Matt continued “This partnership allows us to build upon our first international foray into the ‘26e AtletiCAGenève’ last year.  We’re passionate about athletics and increasing its profile, especially after the Olympics last year.  And by partnering with EAP, we believe we can raise the exposure of these great track and field meetings in Europe.”

Among the stars on show at last year’s EAP’s competitions were Jemma Simpson, James Dasaolu and Nigel Levine.
