Crown Acquisitions, Inc. Expands its Portfolio

DANA POINT, Calif. - Nov. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Crown Acquisitions, Inc. (CAI) has expanded its investment strategy to include commercial office buildings and luxury single family homes in order to complement the multi-family investment platform from which it became known.  To commemorate this key strategic change, CAI held an open house for investors, bankers, clients and other stakeholders to showcase its corporate headquarters, newest commercial property acquisition and the company’s latest luxury residential development projects.

In true CAI style, the company held the open house event at its new Dana Point headquarters, allowing its guests to not only view its most recent commercial property acquisition, but also observe the renovations currently underway at the property.  Even though hardhats were not required at the event,  the scope of the renovation made it abundantly clear that CAI is committed to revitalizing and repositioning the landmark Dana Point office building.

Throughout the event, the Crown team was available to answer questions about the company’s latest projects.  In addition to the office building improvements, guests were invited to see the latest luxury residential projects currently under development in affluent locales such as Newport Beach, Venice, Bel Air and Brentwood.

In the past, Crown Acquisitions, Inc. had established its reputation as a principal buyer, specializing in the purchase of distressed multi-family assets in urban neighborhoods throughout the southwestern United States.  Now CAI’s portfolio is expanding to include office buildings and luxury residential development.
