How The Legendary Rock Festival Emergenza Works

MELBOURNE, Australia - Nov. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Each competition offers each band the opportunity to play a 30 minute set in a top venue in their region. Emergenza supplies the bands with instrumentation, the technical team, and a full production.

Registering for Emergenza is completely free. Once a bands concert date is set there is a one time deposit of 70 Euro for the whole band that is refundable at the first concert on the basis that ticket sales at the venue cover it. Emergenza does not believe in the "pay to play" adage. All bands are paid at their concerts based on their audience.

All bands competing in Emergenza get free distribution of their music on i-Tunes and other 35 major international online music stores.

In every city the festival is held in stages. There is preliminary, semi-finals and finals. In the first rounds the winners are decided by the attending audience. The vote is open and audience members can vote as many times as they want and for as many bands as they choose. The final rounds are decided by a jury panel of professional judges.

The winners of the finals for each participating city are flown to Germany at Emergenza's expense for the international finals. Emergenza also pays for accommodations and local travel. The international final is held each August at the Taubertal Open Air Festival.

Bands talented enough to make the international finals get the opportunity to share the bill and stage with some of rocks biggest legends. The international winner is crowned the "Best Band in the World." The winning band gets a professional studio production , international distribution , a promotional campaign in 12 countries and a European Tour completely produced and sponsored by the organization.Those chosen as best musicians are receive guitars , amplifiers , drums , cymbals and microphones etc.
