(“AIM”) is a corporation based in the State of Maryland which manufactures and distributes “The Shahadah Coin,” made from one ounce of pure (.999) investment grade silver. This commemorative coin is the first of five coins in “The Five Pillars of Islam” series. Beginning in January 2014, AIM will make available its licensing agreement to merchandising service organizations and international distributors who desire to market and distribute the coin designs. Also, projected in 2014, AIM will start marketing other Islamically based precious metal medallions and ingots. Mr. Czar J. Kijana, Senior Officer for Business Development stated, “[t]he current design in the marketplace and those on the drawing board are exquisitely beautiful, so it is not a great surprise that customer inquiries have expressed a real desire to see the images on other product lines.” Under the license agreements, participating companies, organizations and non-profits will be provided with exclusive rights to a particular coin design and product line Although the primary focus of AIM will continue to be the production of precious metal coins, medallions and ingots that depict and highlight the culture and religion of Islam, it views adjunct product lines as a natural evolution of its brand and it welcomes the development.
