Wyche Names David Anna to Membership

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Nov. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Wyche is pleased to announce that David Anna has been named a member of the firm.

Mr. Anna focuses his practice on corporate, transactional and securities law matters.  He has substantial experience in strategic and financial acquisition and sale transactions, and advises buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating and documenting business acquisitions and divestitures.  He regularly represents public company clients concerning reporting and other securities law matters.  Mr. Anna also serves on the Fall for Greenville Board of Trustees, is currently participating in Leadership Greenville, Class 40, and is a member of Greenville PULSE and the South Carolina Medical Group Management Association.

Prior to joining Wyche, Mr. Anna was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP and Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago.  He is a summa cum laude graduate of Bradley University. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University where he served as an Editorial Staff Member of the Wake Forest Law Review and received the CALI Award in Securities Regulation.
