PRLog -- Sunday, November 10th, 2013 was a great day for a Baltimore Ravens football game, but it was an even better day for The Invictus Group. They were invited to attend the Leadership Conference that was being held at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore, MD. Business professionals from New York down to Virginia were present at the conference. There were several speakers who spoke throughout the leadership conference, each with a different business topic to discuss. Some of the topics discussed were goal setting, having a student mentality, and thinking big. Personal experiences were shared with listeners so they could easily relate to the speaker. The conference was broken down into meetings for each business professional department, learning how to become more successful and how to grow. Everyone came back together at the end for closing statements and awards. Not one, but two members of The Invictus Group were awarded for being the top leaders in their office. Afterwards, the whole Invictus Group team enjoyed dinner together at the Inner Harbor. It was a great learning and networking experience for everyone at The Invictus Group and they cannot wait until the next conference!
