Commenting on the results, Sonia Cartwright, Bedales Head of Sport, said: “We are making steady progress across the board, securing convincing wins against strong opponents. We are continuing to develop our gifted and talented programme, running workshops with Olympic level athletes and team players. After half-term we will be commencing a new netball academy for our players, which will include sessions with Watford’s premier netball coach and former Scottish international player Hayley Mackellar. Hayley, who competed at the Commonwealth Games in Dehli in 2010, will be working with Bedales team players on skills in preparation for the netball season in January. This will be a great experience for the girls’ pre-season training and Hayley will also be helping to coach our senior players next term.”
