Jay Rosencrantz Joins Pappas DeLaney as Managing Director of Executive Search Firm

HALES CORNERS, Wis. - Nov. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Jay Rosencrantz, a results-oriented leader with experience in diverse market segments and organizational roles, has joined Pappas DeLaney as Managing Director of the longstanding executive search firm.

Rosencrantz brings an extensive background in human resources, project management and sales and marketing. Throughout his nearly 25-year career with small and large, privately- and publicly-held companies, Rosencrantz has accumulated a successful track record of penetrating and growing new markets, and leveraging strategic relationships to enhance existing market shares. His human resources background includes extensive work in personnel management and training, plus labor relations and contract negotiations.

Rosencrantz holds an M.S. in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a B.A. in political science from the university.
