Shining Rock partnered with Boston Interactive to bring the unique experience of their course to life online. The club wanted to convey to visitors their premier facilities and refresh their digital marketing to best showcase the championship golf their club has to offer.
The new Shining Rock website combines widescreen photography and intuitive functionality to present an immersive user experience. Custom illustrated maps and panoramic slideshows in the ‘Tour the Course’ section of the site guide users through the course, giving them specific details about each hole. A large aspect of this project involved developing a solution to meet the demands of the website’s mobile traffic which had increased 25% over the past year. Boston Interactive created the new website utilizing a responsive web design to meet these demands, offering a single online presence optimized for browsing on any device.
