STW Presents Their New Highly Innovative Telematics Module TC3G at Agritechnica 2013

NORCROSS, Ga. - Nov. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- STW Technic, a premier manufacturer of mobile controllers, telematics and measurement technology, is presenting its new, highly-innovative module, the ESX ® - TC3G, at the Agritechnica Trade Show in Hannover, Germany, thus expanding its highly successful Linux-based telematics product line. This new module is an enhancement of the extraordinarily durable ESX-TC3 hardware platform, adding additional features (3G and GLONASS) to make the use of telematics under difficult environmental conditions a real pleasure.

Optional for the exchange of data via radio are: a 2G/3G mobile connection (also available with CDMA), WLAN and Bluetooth. For tracking purposes, ESX-TC3G is equipped with a GPS / GLONASS receiver. The ESX -TC3G is available in two different antenna types, with integrated antennas or connectors for external antennas.

With the SIM card slot built into the connector and internal antennas, the ESX-TC3G is rated to protection class levels of IP67 and IP6k9k .

Use of the ESX-TC3G ranges from a simple data logger transmitting recorded operating data wirelessly, to serving as a central communication gateway that brings together a variety of communication standards to fulfill logging, monitoring, servicing and tracking requirements. The hardware demonstrates its strengths where the greatest environmental challenges exist in water intrusion, vibration and temperature.

Based on the open source Linux operating system, the ESX-TC3G provides the ideal base from which to build complex applications quickly and easily. There are no additional costs for licenses or expensive development tools. The development environment for the ESX-TC3G is based on freely available tools.
