She was born in Columbia and made the decision to build her real estate career in her hometown. Myers graduated from East Tennessee State University and served in operation Desert Storm during her military service; she is now an active member of her church.

England is an MBA recipient and bilingual in English and Spanish. She is very familiar with Richland District 2 schools having raised two children in Columbia with her spouse, a retired Air Force officer. Their family resides in the Lake Carolina community.

As a Columbia native, Ashley Flott knows the real estate landscape of South Carolina’s Midlands like the back of her hand.
