University of South Carolina senior Korey Smith made his ambition and passion for real estate clear when he got a head start on his career as an agent while simultaneously completing his degree in real estate and finance. Jason Yon says the moment when he became “hooked on real estate” was when he purchased his first home. Donna Buzhardt is a lifetime resident of the Midlands who made her career out of helping families.
