Miss Shirley captivates young & old with fun!

Nov. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Miss Shirley’s teaching philosophy is to immerse children and seniors with enriching experiences that develop a firm foundation for life at whatever stage, by stimulating his or her thinking, encourage problem-solving, build vocabulary, and create independence.

Children as an example have a better understanding of their world and excel in school when they have experience. If it hasn't been in the hand, it can't be in the brain!

Through carefully structured, enriching activities both children and seniors gain independence, become self directed and self sufficient, and learn to make good decisions. In each class, the audience is given a very precious commodity... TIME ...to discover, think, and tinker."

Miss Shirley offers hands-on experiences to stimulate and excite young and old minds of all ages from 5 to 95. Each workshop or program is designed to meet the needs of the participants. Learning should be fun and filled with discoveries!
